Diana Kinyon is a VP and the Secondary Market Manager. Diana has over 30 years of secondary market experience and works at our Bentonville location. She has served on the Gravette Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors and is a member of the Civitan Group in Siloam Springs. Diana and her husband, Ronald, have two daughters and 6 grandchildren. She loves spending time on the farm and working cattle with her husband when she isn’t at the bank and enjoys horseback riding as well. Her favorite thing to do, however, is spend time with her kids and grandkids. “I love helping first time homebuyers realize they actually can purchase a home. Many don‘t understand what is required to buy a home, so I really enjoy walking them thru the process and I get just as excited as they do when we are at closing and they have purchased their dream home. Unfortunately, there is a reason for this. While we don’t sell your information, the credit bureaus we pull reports from (Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian) can and do. Credit bureaus have the right to sell your information to certain companies offering “pre-approved” or “firm” credit.
According to GoBankingRates.com, every time you get an offer in the mail for a “pre-approved” credit card, this is based on the information sold by one of the big three credit bureaus. This is very common practice and is legal.
